2017 Smokin' Angel Rosé - Limited Edition Magnum

This Limited Edition Rosé 1.5L, is the only wine produced in 2017 from the Pyramid Valley Waikari Estate.

A very special offering, Smokin' Angel is the final wine made by Mike & Claudia as owners of Pyramid Valley. This vintage they decided the quality was not there to produce the Botanical Vineyard Pinot Noirs so they made a Rosé - 100% Pinot Noir from equal parts Earth Smoke and Angel Flower blocks. The label is painted by Claudia and is titled ‘Astral meets Terrestrial’, referencing the influence of the Angel Flower and Earth Smoke blocks.

Individual Magnums are shipped gift boxed.

Lifted aromas of wild strawberry, fresh raspberry cherry and a hint of wild herb.

Full of fresh berry notes, the desirable strawberry and cream characters so often found in the best roses, with a full palate weight and good length. Magnums are made for sharing, so enjoy with friends and family this summer over fresh salads and/or BBQ'd seafood.
