Bright lemon hue to the wine. An excitingly expressive nose showing ripe tropical fruits with mineral/saline aromas and an underlying complexity. The palate is taught and powerful showing ripe fruits with lemongrass and citrus flavours, that flow into a fine phenolic and saline texture adding weight and complexity to the wine.

Deep dark purple hue. Exotic floral, five spice and aniseed aromas leap out of the glass along with red cherries, plum’s and an underlying complexity that speaks of Central Otago. A wine full of flavor with a soft silky palate, which has crunchy red fruits and savoury textural flavours that combine to give the wine great weight and complexity.

A clear bright wine with a green tinge. Intensely aromatic classic nose with nectarines, tropical fruit and citrus characters. The fleshy yet lively palate has a lovely refreshing aspect yet it is dry with a bright refined finish. The extended time on lees give the wine fantastic palate weight and texture. Drink within 5 years.

A deep garnet ruby colour. The aromatics are powerful and fragrant. Deep and concentrated. Dark blue and blackberry aromatics mixed with florals and savoury characters provide great complexity. The wine is rich and powerful with a long finish and fine-grained tannins that coat the mouth. Still showing the elegance and freshness of great Hawke’s Bay Syrah but with a structure that will allow it to age for at least 10 years.

A deep purple to ruby colour. Intensely fragrant and perfumed aromatics together with spice, tapenade and red liquorice nuances. On the palate, dark berry flavours mix with florals and spice to provide great complexity. Beautifully focused, rich and seamless with a long finish and fine-grained tannins. Showing the elegance and freshness of great Hawke’s Bay Syrah with a structure that will allow it to age for at least 6 years.
