Brilliant, pale straw gold.

Lifted, honeyed, with sweet florals: acacia, crocus, pear blossom; lush, but in a fresh and pretty way; not the opulence of summer, but rather the comely profusion of spring; also a mineral character, clean water flowing over stone, characteristic of this vineyard.

Bright and poised, still charm and that floral sweetness, yet with salient phenolics; flirtatious length and a delectable finish. After the adamant and powerful 2015, this is all fluttering lashes, blushes and smiles; a fresh and articulate representation of a balanced and breezy vintage.
